Information you choose to share
Contact and project requests may include your name, email address, phone number, project location, message, cabinet choices, budget preferences and room sketch. Only share information relevant to your project. Saved favorites and planner settings can also be stored in your browser so you can return to them.
How we use a request
We use these details to respond, review your cabinet needs and prepare project conversations or quotes. A submitted request is stored privately and sent to the business owners. Owner notifications can include your selections, a drawing and internal estimating details. Submitting a form does not place an order or commit you to a purchase.
Service providers and website security
The website is hosted through DigitalOcean and owner notification emails are delivered through Resend. These providers process information needed to operate those services. Web server logs and form security checks may process network addresses, request timing and technical browser information to operate the site and reduce abuse. We do not sell your submitted project information.
Browser storage and outside links
You can clear saved site information using your browser's site-data controls; doing so can remove saved designs and favorites from that browser. Clearing browser storage does not delete a request already submitted to ATG. Links to maps, email services and other websites are governed by those services' own practices.
Questions or changes
Contact sales@atgcllc.com or (423) 244-4539 to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to confirm your identity and retain records needed for an active project, transaction or applicable obligations. Please do not send payment card details or passwords in a project form.
